Question Sims Won't Play Properly. HELP!
Hi everyone, a few years ago i got my first sims game (sims deluxe edition) i installed it to my computer successfully but then it wouldnt play for some reason. (this computer was XP). I then couldn't play it for years but then i did something with the running compatibility and it worked! Now i have been trying to download it to my laptop (Vista) and the same problem has come up. but i don't know how to make it work this time because i cannot figure out what i did all those years ago with the desktop computer.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

well for one, the sims deluxe was made a while back so it might not be vista compatible, or maybe go to their website and ask them about it.
hope this helps

Right click on the desktop shortcut, choose properties, find a setting there to run the game(application) in XP SP2 or some older(win95, 98, 2k?), compatibility mode.
