Problem with loading games, please help

Hello to you all. Ive got a problem loading games up on my PC. Im trying to install World of warcraft or any other game I have tried for that matter and I allways get this error message:- D:\ is not a valid Win32 application . I can right click my dvd drive in my computer and find the game files on the disk. I tried opening a folder in the programs menu and cut and paste the files over, still no joy and I get this error:- Error 0x8007045D
anyone please help.....
