BF2 Complete Collection DVD is losing its files!
Hey guys, this is my second thread for the holidays.
I bought this DVD in an authorized retail store, in 2007. I've being playing since i bought it, no problems running it except while in Vista. After rolling back to XP, I've had several problems with my game: Loss of files, problems with Punkbuster, and a very annoying pop-up when I put on the disk that says "Cannot locate autorun.inf" or something like it". Right now, when I explore the DVD in Windows Explorer, the only folder in it is the one that says autorun, which contains the start up picture. I still can't connect anything that has happened to me, I just know that I can't play one of the best games I've had. Pleasee guys, try to help! Any support will be appreciated
Thanks,
Happy Holidays

Could be a dirty DVD drive thats preventing it from reading the disk contents properly.
Try using a cleaning kit.

Hi peterh40,
I tried that solution, but it didn't work. Thanks anyway.

Perhaps a malfunctioning disk?
