I can't play CIV IV from my external HD
I have copied all my CIV IV files to my external HD to free up space on the internal HD. Everything works fine to play the game on my computer, but when I take the external HD along with the original DVD-ROM to another computer it doesn't work. I will get an error message saying a .dll file can not be found. Why does it work on my computer, but not any others? How can I fix this?

It's probably registry values. You would need to 'install it' on the other computers, but point the installation directory to your hard drive.
