Increasing FPS?
I was recently playing Combat Arms Europe and found that after about 30mins the FPS dropped atleast 20, With an ATI Radeon Express Series that is too much because it then works at around 4-10 FPS. Anyways to increase the FPS?

There's many ways to increase the FPS.
Like set the game a higher priority
Better CPU, GPU
Clear clutter on your computer etc.
