Battlefield 2142 account problems

About a year ago, I received a nice little virus on my computer. I save the files that couldn't be replaced(I didn't bother with my games since I could reinstall them). Then my mom refreshed my computer.

As I slowly started to put things back onto my computer, I found that I couldn't play BF2142.

I would log in, in the game, and it would say "account doesn't exsist". So I go to make a new one, then it says "Product Key has account on it already".

I didn't realise it saved the account to my computer. And when it was refreshed...bye bye account.

I have no Idea what to do. Please help.

Call their support, tell them that you have a new computer but your key is linked to your old one. They should be able to release it.
