Unhappy HELP!!!! 7.1 surround headset problems with games!!!
hi all,

I got the Logitech G35 surround gaming headset and got some problems. in almost every game , particularly newer FPS games like crysis and etqw, mute the left ear cap of the headsewt when i put it on 7.1 sound. i called logitech, but they say its not their prob cause it works with music.
I really want to use the 7.1 option cause i paid for it.

I dont know exactly if this info is sufficient, cause i just registerd myself here.
and srry for my english, im dutch.

thx in advance,

Kilbeam99

If its only a problem within games my guess would be trying to see if there is a game/driver update, also check your sound card drivers make sure they are updated too.

Also if the games do not support 7.1 surround its never going to work.
isnt 5.1 surround good enough?

game + soundcard are already updated

i know, but when i select my headset as the sounddevice in game (its an usb headset btw)
an option pops up: 7 the volume in the left cap is way too low and there isnt an option to switch te volume.

here are some screenshots:
