swat 4 problem

hello guys!i have 1 problem with the swat 4 launching.if i see the swat 4 logo,the irrational games,and sierrra logo,i got an error:
"UNKNOWN UNKNOWN

Playing the game on this hardware is COMPLETELY UNSUPPORTED,UNSTABLE,AND DONT RECOMMENDED.Do you wish to continue anyway?"
[yes] [no]
what is the problem???(I DOWNLOADED FROM YOUTUBE WITH FIXER BUT DONT WORKS)
