So I couldn't find a thread regarding running the Sims 3 in wine. I did however find a thread regarding my problem but pretty much went unanswered/not fixed.

When trying to run the game I get an error of
"Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title. No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware."

Has anyone been able to run the game on Linux in Wine? This would be my first question.

Second what the heck do I do? I am not Linux Savvy, therefore this issue just stumps me entirely. Any help?

Well i would think you will need to find the correct video drivers for wine...
