Rise Of Nations Gold Edition install error
Always when I try to install Rise Of Nations Gold Edition this happens when i have installed 40% of the game:
__________________________________________________________________
Rise Of Nations Gold Setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file C:\Program Files\Rise Of Nations Gold\sounds\cannontimeend.wav. Make sure your hard disk is not full, and that the file is not in use.

And then it gives me the options to "Retry" or "Cancel"
__________________________________________________________________

I checked the hard disk and it's not full and i clicked "Retry" but the same error shows up again, and i don't know how to check if the file is in use or not.

Can someone please help me!.

Check to see if the disc is in good condition.
IE; any scratches? any gouges on the disc?

Is there an autorun window playing?
It's possible that the installation is trying to copy a file that the autorun window is using.
Is there any sound playing in the background of the install?
If its YES to either of those, close the autorun window and continue with the installation (or run the SETUP.exe on the disc manually...

Check this path;
C:\Program Files\Rise Of Nations Gold\sounds\
for the;
cannontimeend.wav file.
If it's there, delete it. Run the install again or click Retry
