Angry Solved: cant host wc3 games
i cant seem to host wc3 games. these are my settings (i have checked game info and set it to 6112) i have disabled UPDP,

these are my settings of wc3:
ProtocolPort RangeTranslate To ...Trigger ProtocolTrigger Port



TCP6112 - 61196112 - 6119UDP6119EditDelete
how to set those in a way that i CAN host wc3?

plz help.

make sure your router is forwarding (i assume that's what the above is thought) and any software firewalls are turned off.

nope, still wont work. got this tool from this site and it says this:

Error: I could not see your service on 84.81.186.119 on port (6112)
Reason: Connection timed out

http://portforward.com/ click on your router, then the game, make sure you follow all of the instructions, and amend any of your settings to match what it tells you.

so yeah, i bought it. I forwarded Warcraft to this computer, still wont work

You didn't need to buy anything... it would have given you the instructions on how to do it. The instructions would have been lower down on the screen (you would have to scroll... that's how they did that site)

Anyways go to http://www.canyouseeme.org/

on the left, type in the ports that you are trying to use (in this case 6112, 6613 etc to 6119) and see which is blocking (by the looks of it, 6112 is blocked)

What modem and router do you have? Also do you have any antivirus or internet security suites like Norton?
