Solved: Oblivion installation problems.
I have the GOTY version on two disk PC DVD and whenever I try to install it on my laptop it asks me for disk three with a data4.cab file on it. There is no disk 3 and disk one and two do not have the file on it. Any ideas?

The GOTY version has 3 disks, so I'd suggest you find the last one. If you just bought it, exchange the game for one that does. Sorry!
