Unhappy Help with C&C: Generals: Zero Hour. Main cinematic not working
I recently got a new computer and it has Vista 64b.
I HAD XP. when i load my game i see the menu and i can fully interact and even play the game with no problems. But seeing that background and hearing nothing is unnerving to me. the thing is, its jsut FROZEN!
AND its not even supposed to be that background! Thats the original CC:Generals Background. the Zero Hour Background is the one with the destroyer off the shore attacking the beach, with GLA riding off a cliff and into the American/Chinese forces. and yada yada. those who played it know exactly what im talking about...

Why is is this happening? i have indeed patched both Games. I patched the original game before installing ZH( of which i patched that too).
I even went through a full removal of each game and reinstalled both of them.

Please, any ideas???

This is what i see:

That's very interesting... does it do that without patching?

you can't. I meant have you tried to reinstall without using the patches as well?
