Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun DDL files missing

Tiberian Sun has been working for me before. but a couple months ago i downloaded it to my laptop and it is not working saying "DDL files are missing or damaged please try to reinstall". So i reinstalled it many times in the last couple months and it is still not working
