bitmap error

I get Bitmap Load Failed: LANG\ENG\Patchinfo\btn_close.bmp
Bitmap Load Failed: LANG\ENG\Patchinfo\btn_gamerun.bmp
Bitmap Load Failed: LANG\ENG\Patchinfo\btn_gamestop.bmp
Bitmap Load Failed: LANG\ENG\Patchinfo\btn_config.bmp gamerun.bmp while trying to load up Alantica online. I was playing just fine before i crashed my computer. Also i have all my updates for my computer and have updated my graphics card. I just don't know what is going on. Please someone help!

System Windows xp media center edition
HP pavilion
Amd turion(tm) 64 mobile
960 ram
