Cool Sims 2 cd drive wont start up. Says no cd is present. Help!!!
Very annoying problem. I just bought Sims 2 Double Deluxe and I put it in and the CD drive does not realize that there is a CD present, therefor, the CD drive does not start up. PLEASE HELP AND ANSWER MY QUES. TY

Does your disc drive currently play other CD/DVDs? Or is it just not loading this one?

If it's just this one, try it else where to see if it's the disc, if so, return it to the place of purchase for an exchange.
