Prince of Persia restarts my PC

I play, so far havent made it out of the first level, and it restarts for no reason. My computer is compatible to play this game. My hardware i installed myself and i know is compatible with each other. This system plays all different kinds of games on such a low spec'd machine and i never once have had this issue. .

1.25GB Ram
ATI X1600 512MB
AMD Sempron 3000+
Windows XP

Anything else just ask for it.
