Hl2.exe Error - GMod 10 *HELP!*
I Keep getting an error on Gmod 10 after pressing Single Player. It loads to the second last bar then crashes and comes up with an error message titled : Hl2.exe - Application Error. the error message says: The instruction at "012e0d12d" referenced memory at "0x0ff5b018". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program. Please help I have done almost everything like trying deleting local files and re-installing, setting launch to -dxlevel 60 to 90 and tried verifying game cache intensity too. I only bought the game yesterday so I would much like some help soon.

Hmmm, I would have recommended to do what you said! Verify and defrag athe game files via Steam, but you have done that already, and that usually works for me with TF2 and other applications.

Have you tried looking at Steam forums? I know it is a pain to get to, but the quickest way to it is to go to the Steam application, right click on Gmod, forums and you are there.

Goodluck!
