my CA won't update
Hey guys?

I have CA for my Antivirus? The Suite. For 70 days now, it won't update. And my Windows actually says they can't read any antivirus active. When I run a scan, it doesn't pick up anything.

I also have Spybot Search and Destroy and AdAware SE Personal. I'm using CA as my firewall and have Windows Firewall turned off.

I emailed CA tech support, and they didn't answer my question. Didn't even try.

It says the CA expires in March 2008, so that can't be the problem.

Could it be my Internet Explorer blocking it? I was thinking of maybe going with Mozilla and getting AVG to cover until I get it fixed. What do you think?

Do you know a trusted site to download AVG from? And Mozilla? Or what version I would need?

But mainly, my question is about CA.

I found AVG. I'm going to install it as a backup here. I just hope my CA doesn't conflict with it.

The problem is that I lost the license number, so I dont' think I can uninstall and reinstall CA. I wanted to use ZoneAlarm as my firewall, but I couldn't install it unless I uninstalled CA first. And I can't do that now. I bought it off someone who bought it online for me and just wrote the number down. So I have no way of getting it.
