Browser redirection concern with IE and Hotmail
I used to run ordinary hotmail and now use hotmail live and noticed the following new browser script is being used "by116fd.bay116.hotmail.msn"

I am also questioned about leaving IE to go to an unsecure site and have to say yes to continue to my hotmail. I was my understanding that hotmail was a secure site using https not http.

Should I be concerned? Am I being redirected by a virus?

Thank you for your help.

No, you are not being directed by a virus, my hotmail does the same thing, since Windows Live, I think. Hotmail has never been a secure site and doesn't run the https in front of its' name.
