Live One care Replacement
(I could not find an answer to this question on the search.)

Right now i have live one care. im wanting to replace it with something better. id like one program to do this (like live does). im looking for a free program to do this:
1. Anti virus
2. Antispyware
3. tuneup (defrag, remove unnecessary programs, ect)
4. And backup (backup can be a sepret program)

The backup i have a external disk drive as well as a FTP server.

Any ideas.

Thanks

I don't know of any of the suites that are free . . I use and reccomend AVG for Anti-Virus and for anti-spyware, the ones in my signature . . My backup routine is a simple drive copy to external media

i was thinking about it. if theres a few programs that do all that it doesent have to be a suite.

Simpswr AVG spyware and virus is downloading already, i forgot about spybot, thats a good program ill have to get agine. have you tried AVGs Suite? its 52$ for 1 pc for 1 year. im thinking about that one if no one can think of a good free one.

thaks for the reply

I have installed the suite for a client or two , , I did not like it as much as the individual programs, but they did.

i have been running both of the AVG virus and spyware programs and they seem to run nicely. ill see what happens on a weekend when im watching a movie or game.

ill still take surgestions if anyone has them

the backing up manualy i dont like for 2 resons.
one is that i can be unorgernised when i am working on a project so im afrade ill miss one.
2nd is some files may be big ones that change daily (one day their there one day there not) so id rather have it be automatic when im at school or work

thanks for the help simpswr
