McAvee Detected 5 Hackers! Please help
Hi, over the last 2 weeks, McAvee has has detected 5 IP adresses attempting to hack into my PC.
I blocked the hackers and put their IP adresses straight into the Ban List. I then realised after blocking one of the hackers that some harmless webstes were not loading. I removed one of the banned IP adresses and the websites began to work again.

I remember when I traced two of the IP adresses in the Ban List, that the details showed the information about Google and McAvee company. They therefore must be the IP ads for those 2 companes, but I don't understand why McAvee said that they were trying to get into my PC.

There are still 4 IP ads in my ban list, 2 of which are Google & McAvee IPs, and I'm not sure about the other 2. Could someone please tell me whether it may be harmful to take them off my ban list?

The 4 IPs are:
- 216.49.88.118
- 216.32.81.68
- 212.118.245.201
- 209.85.199.147

If anyone recognizes any of thes IP ads, please let me know whether it'll be harmless for me to remove them from my Ban List.

Thanks to all help given.

216.49.88.118 = McAfee
216.32.81.68 = imagehost.org
212.118.245.201 = ladbrokes.com
209.85.199.147 = Google.com

Oh thanks very much.

Would it be safe to remove them all from the Ban List?

Not sure. Did McAfee mention the port numbers being used?
