Mcafee log file Virus message?

Once in a while I get a message like this:"C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE C:\Documents and Settings\DEFAULT\Local Settings\Temp\is-5MNNR.tmp\is-MI0QF.tmp Common Standard Protection:Prevent common programs from running files from the Temp folder Action blocked : Execute"

they all come from temp,is this something to worry about?why I get this message,thank you.
