Is my computer hijacked or is this problem with mouse?
Hello I am new to this forum and will make this brief. I am unable to rid whatever this is on my computer; I will go to my Outlook or go to my Roadrunner webmail and when I start viewing my email my email will begin scrolling up and down and my mouse cursor will be unable to be controlled by me.

I have tried to find viruses but to no avail. My webroot spyware program noticed some type of malware but quarantined it and it said everything is fine. It is not fine. I continue having that same problem. I have uninstalled three different anti virus programs but none say I have a virus?

My webroot sypware says my computer is fine. I am to the point of totally wiping my computer and do a total reformatting? I thank you in advance.

Oh, I forgot to add I read somewhere this could be a problem with my wireless mouse. Well I have changed to different wireless mouse and keyboard now twice but same problem. Help.
