active desktop revovery
Hi everyone I'm new here and I need some serious help.. When I boot up, My dektop pic appears then after 3 seconds or so it dissapears and I get a white screen with active desktop recovery. I have scanned my system with AVG free edition ativirus but it tells me everything is fine, I've even used multiple spyware scanners and they all tell me the same thing. I also get a pop up screen telling me that my security settings won't allow me to run active x on this page, also my display button has magically vanished and when I hit my security settings button it locks me out and tells me to contact my adminastrator which I have tried multiple times but it kicks me out. And this is my own personal computer......so with all that said what gives??

I've tried to click properties it just says you don't have authorization and to contact your administrator.
