New Trojan?
My AVG picked this up today: Trojan Horse SHeur.NFH . Initially it tagged it to the DNA.exe from bittorrent. I uninstalled bittorrent and it went away. Half an hour later it it was back, but now AVG identifies it as A0017126.exe ( SHeur.NFH). I have it quarantined atm, but haven't been able to dig up any info on what this might be?

My Avast is calling it A0005871.DLL win32:Adware-gen.[Adw] . Im thinking its the same virus as it has the same original folder location, in the system volume information\_restore . Should i disable system restore and try removing it again?

If its in system volume information

Clear restore points – here’s how

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...s/mcgill1.mspx

This clears infected restore points and sets a new, clean one.
