cant install kaspersky :(
i uninstalled my old version of kaspersky, at which point the computer froze, so i shut it off and started it back up.
attempted to install the new version, got a message saying "you must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation" click "ok" then the kaspersky installer says "installation ended prematurely because of an error"
so i restart. i get a popup from spybot telling me somethings trying to change? a registry file, not sure what it is, i deny it. i dont know if that had anything to do with this or not, but no matter how many times i restart, completely shut down and start, whatever, i get these same messages when trying to install kaspersky.

since i couldnt find a way to edit my apply/deny selections in spybot, i uninstalled it, and of course restarted. to no avail.

please help. thank you.
