The best FREE Virus & Spyware programs
My Norton Anti-Virus program is now out of date and it costs money to get the upgrades. So I was wondering what the best programs out there is?
Both Virus & Spyware.

I would recommend AVG anti virus, AVG anti spyware, and SuperAntiSpyware free

yep these guys all reading from same book and that is because it is a great book avg free and spybot are my preference, updates are easy to get and between the two of them you are pretty much covered

programs
i use avg free ,comodo free firewall ,items listed above + spywareblaster free .it keeps most of the bad stuff out. just update twice a month and make sure you enable all protection after a update.

I would use AVG anti-virus and Spybot S & D.
