Solved: uninstalling symantec 8.0 client
while unstalling navcorp (symantec client 8.0) I received a 'fatal error' and all file have not been uninstalled, so i cannot install norton 360. HELP.....

Might be because it's active. Go into the symantec program and disable everything and then try the uninstall....

disabled the real time processing and received the same error

I was able to remove the symantec client using the norton removal tool that you guys suggested.
