hi people,

i think the following is the best way to explain my question.................

if joe down the street has a router that he did not password and does not mind if anybody receives from his signal,

and i tap into joe's router signal with my pc, can joe see where i am surfing on the web ?

With appropriate packet sniffer software, yes.
