Spyware help
By a suggestion 0n this forum, I downloaded superantispyware. I ran the program and put everything they said was infected in quarantine.

It says you can remove these item from you computer, but I have no idea what the report says and if it would be harmful if I removed them by deleting something I should not.

How do I find out what the items are and if I can delete them.

Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to TSG.

What you can do is leave the files in quarantine for a while and if you find that later you need a file, you can restore it. But usually the stuff that anti-spyware programs find can be deleted with no problem.

You can also Google the filenames to get more information.
