Cant System Restore Or Run Files Helppp
HI I REALLY NEED HELP I USED UNDISKER AND NOW SOME ICONS ON MY DESKTOP HAVE TURNED INTO A IE SIGN AND IF I CLICK ON THEM TO OPEN SAY LIKE REGISTRY BOOSTER I GET A FILE DOWNLOAD SECURITY WARNING DO YOU WANT TO RUN OR SAVE THIS FILE AS I DO WITH CONVERTX ETC THESE WERE WORKING FINE UNTIL I USED UNDISKER EVEN IF I CLICK ON RUN IT DOES NOTHING,
I THOUGHT MAYBE DOING A SYSTEM RESTORE WOULD HELP BUT NO I CANT EVEN DO THAT I GET THE SAME COME UP FOR THAT DO I WANT TO RUN OR SAVE THIS FILE I JUST DONT GET IT SO AT PRESENT I CANNOT DO A SCAN I CANT DOWNLOAD OR OPEN ANYTHING AND I CANT DO SYSTEM RESTORE PLZ CAN SOMEONE HELP IF IT HELPS IM USING VISTA HOME EDITION BUT I DONT THINK ITS THAT LIKE I SAY ITS SINCE I USED UNDISKER ANY HELP APPRECIATED

First, welcome to TSG!

Next, please do not use that font or point size again. It's a royal pain in the A** to read and understand.

Thirdly, what is undisker.

Four: you imply you run Registry Booster. I would highly recommend you stop doing that before your PC really gets mangled.

Lastly, see if you can run System Restore from the Command Prompt
