Windows Installer trouble
I am having trouble getting anything to install on my computer. Everytime I start My computer I get message ***This version of Windows xp is no longer secure*** When I click on balloon as instructed to get update I receive message *** Entry Point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll*** When I try to locate this SHLWAPI.dll I get message**Failed to load the library C:\Windows\System 32\catsrv.dll** Also everytime I try to change or remove a program I receive message***The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if youb are running Windows in Safe Mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance***

I am at my wits end with this thing and I only seem to keep screwing up my stem worse everytime I try and fix problem justn keep getting more. Please Help!!

Thanks,
MsSissy4u
