changing your ip address does not stop people from looking at your email. Are you using a web based email like Hotmail and Gmail? Or are you using Outlook Express or some other software to retrieve email ?
What makes you suspect someone is reading your email?

Change your email passowrd and secret question/answer. If this information leak is just due to someone knowing your password or secret question/answer then changing them both will lock out your spy.
Lets hope they dont have a secret hack that can break into Hotmail without the password.

Usually, people have this configuration:
modem -> router -> pc

The modem would have an public ip address.
The router would have a private ip adresss.
The PC would have another private ip address.

If enemies knew your public ip address, then they can start attacking you. But, the router should stop some attacks from getting through to the PC.

If your router has a built in firewall, then its better and is able to stop various direct attacks.

I cannot find much info on YNTUMS_A.exe, is it running (as shown in Task Manger? ) Which directory is it in now? Try moving it to another directory.

there is a class of spyware called keyloggers which can watch everything you type and record it and send the information back to the attacker.

To prevent spyware, you need anti-spyware security programs, (like Webroot SpySweeper, etc. See the sticky in this forum) and you need to keep Windows updated with newest patches. Good physical security is also necessary, so that attackers cannot just walk to your PC and install the spyware.

Whenever a MS update patch says its a 'remote code execution' flaw, then its a flaw that can possibly install software. This could be through IE, outlook, etc.
Yes it can also spread through email, if you run the attachments.

Right click on each drive, choose properties, tools, and check disk. You should need to reboot to check drive C. Something may be wrong with your harddisk.
