spynomore - have I been ripped off?
Had infection with vundo trojan and security toolbar 7.1 Bought spynomore as it said it would guarantee removal. (tried lots of removal methods before this - could not remove) Spynomore still did not remove everything - finally fixed with help from support forum.

Have sent emails to Spynomore - no reply. It now looks like their help page is missing. I feel like I have been ripped off. Am I the only one in this position. Looks like fraudulent software to be avoided.

Hi and welcome

SpyNoMore was once listed as a rogue program because of concerns with false positives. Testing with the latest version of the program indicates that the problems with earlier versions have been satisfactorily resolved. Thus, it is longer considered to be "rogue/suspect" anti-spyware.

However, Vundo is a pretty advanced infection. I have never seen 1 program completely take care of it. It usually takes several steps.

Thanks for reply - still feel ripped off as their helpdesk has disappeared. No way of getting money back on their advertised promise to remove everything.
