Whenever I try to update my Norton SystemWorks these days, I always get this:

I'm sure the Symantec web page has a search function. If you put in either the error code or the error notice words, I would expect that you'll get some hits. Or have you tried that already???

Nah, I tried it already. I downloaded their fix for it (called Callback Fix), but when i double-clicked on the downloaded file, nothing happens. Apparently, a pop-up asking permission from me to Run it is supposed to appear, but it doesn't. Here's where I got the file: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...5?OpenDocument

Do you have any pop-up blockers enabled??? Such as in IE, or the Google Toolbar, or some other piece of software that has a pop-up blocker included??? If so, that would probably block the execution of your download in this particular case if it's contingent upon a pop up.
