Question SETUPVSE.EXE Error Report?
Please help me...I'm slightly computer illiterate, so please ask questions if more information is needed.
For the past two weeks, I have been receiving an error message that states...
"SETUPVSE.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost."

To see what data this error report contains, click here...
"Error signature
szAppName : SETUPVSE.EXE szAppVer : 8.5.0.282 szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.1.2600.2180 offset : 000111de "

To view technical information about the error report, click here...
"C:\DOCUME~1\jdicapua\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER37b1.dir00\SETUPVSE.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\jdicapua\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER37b1.dir00\appcompat.txt"

I have tried deleting these files, have deleted all files in my temp folder, restarted my computer a number of times, but I still get this error message!

Does any one have any ideas on how I can fix this?
Thank you so much in advance for your time!

I googled for SETUPVSE.EXE and it seems to be related to the enterprise version of Mcafee viruscan. Do you have that program ?
