spoof attacks
my dlink router detected these spoof attacks on various ports like 138, 5678, 32295 and etc.
and it is disconnecting me from the router every so often

i want to understand whats happening and is there anyway to fix this???

Can't you get your firewall to close those ports?

With some routers you can see the connected PCs and their MAC addressses. So you try to find out which one is 00-16-36-11-f6-46.

Are you using a wireless router ?

yeah, i found it was my laptop's mac address and it seems to be my lan connection
