Internet Problems
When I try to open my Internet Explorer, everything is fine, the window loads and everythng. But then when I go to type in an internet address, it wont let me, because it says its still loading. If i sit there and let it load, it doesnt even finish, it just freezes there. I have to close out that window and then try to open another, in which case it loads all the way. Sometimes I get a pop-up that says Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must close now. Also, whenever I google something, it keeps re-directing me to like advertisements. I just started having this problem. Any advice on what could be doing this? Thanks.

"... it keeps re-directing me to like advertisements."

That sounds like adware has found a home. And, if so, that may explain the other problem.

1. Download SUPERAntiSpyware

2 Importaint! After installing the problem Update(!) your definition files.

3.Run a full scan and wait for results. When finished - delete or quarantine problems.

_____

If still not working -

Download the newest Hijackthis,

Run a scan and post it in this Malware and HJT forum

Good Luck!
