Windows Live OneCare Problem
Whenever I try to look at a report, let it be a tune-up report or a virus scan report, Windows Live OneCare suddenly pops up this error message "Windows Live OneCare Tray Notification has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." What happens afterwards is the icon suddenly disappears for a few seconds then pops up again. Sometimes this also happens by itself even if I didn't touch Windows Live OneCare. This error is preventing me from looking at any reports and I'm worried that some virus might have hacked my computer. The error signature that it says whenever I click on "To see what data this error report contains, click here." is "AppName: winssnotify.exe AppVer: 1.6.2111.32 ModName: msvcr80.dll ModVer: 8.0.50727.1378 Offset: 0000f880" I will also attach a file that the error report will contain, if it will help.
