Vista computer and Norton's iamstats.exe.
I purchased a new computer this week and can’t find a freeware program similar to Norton’s iamstats.exe. On my old computer, I have iamstats.exe that displays all port connections and all bytes being sent and received in real time. I have windows Vista and the Netgadet sidebar gadget but, it’s a simple graph display and does not show activity by each port. I tried copying the execution file and it’s dll’s, but nothing happens when the program is executed. Thanks for any help.

hmmm, I would suggest Bit-Defender total security, I believe it has one.

If you want to see the connections connected to your computer you can always do this.

Start < Run

Type: cmd

then when the black box pops up, type Netstat, and a list of connections should appear.
