how to disable system restore?
i heard if u got virus... and after you have fully cleaned it.... u disable the system restore to be secure or something like that.

how do i disable my system restore?

The reason you should turn off system restore after a virus is that some of infected files could be in the system restore files, so if you needed to do a system restore you could activate the virus again.

When system restore is off make sure there are no restore points, then turn it back on again.

thats a good guide tqtq.

so...

1- had virus
2- system cleaned
3- disable system restore
4- uhh what next?
5- after disable and turn on again right away? or wait few min or day?

Yes, you can go ahead and turn it on right away.

I see you have a couple posts on the Malware forum so I would follow up on those after a spyware expert has a look at them.
