Spam/possible hijack issues
I don't know exactly where to post this, so I am posting here and in the e-mail section.

I have been getting an extreme amount of this type of e-mails:

~~~~~~~~~~~~
A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your folder quota to be exceeded.
The following is the reason that the message was over quota:
Quota Type: number of messages
Quota Available: 0
Total Quota: 5000
The following is the information on the message that was bounced:
Sender: "eLifePolicy Center" <eLifePolicyCenter@valuabletopdog.com>
Subject: Life Insurance Policies could be approved online in minutes. No physical required.
Size: 15281
Message ID: <76F558841B1A4FCE8E854966FE03761421EE3B@valuabletopdog.com>
Date: Fri Dec 28 21:38:32 2007
Reply-To: [No Reply-To]
The message was bounced from the following folder:
Spam
To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact the sender to resend the message.
If the size of the message is too big, contact the sender to reduce the size of the message and resend the message.
No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG Free Edition.
Version: 7.5.516 / Virus Database: 269.17.11/1201 - Release Date: 12/28/2007 11:51 AM
~~~~~

I don't know what to do with this and how to get it to stop.

Please help!
