This is driving me crazy. Every once in a while after logging off at night then logging back on the morning, I find an AVG pop up which states:
C:\Windows\system32\ycsvgd.sys Trojan Horse Back Door.Haxdoor.CU
This pop up gives me the chance to, Ignore, Heal, or send to the Vault. The only option it allows me to do is Ignore. I run and rerun AVG 7.5 free addition, NOD32, Windows Defender, and Lavasoft Adware, and I'm still unable to rid my computer of this Trojan Horse. I've also gone into Windows, system32 files looking for "ycsvgd.sys" which I'm unable to do. Hopefully someone out there will be able to guide me down the right path.

Go to here and download 'Hijack This!' self installer.
Save it to the desktop or other suitable place. DO NOT just press run from the website
Double click on the file and it will install to C:\program files\hijackthis and create an entry in the start menu.
Click on the entry in start menu to run HijackThis
Click the "Scan" button, when the scan is finished the scan button will become "Save Log" click that and save the log.
Go to where you saved the log and click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" then Paste the log back here in a reply.
It will possibly show issues deserving our attention, but most of what it lists will be harmless or even required,
so do NOT fix anything yet.

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

1. Close any open browsers.

2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

• Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
  Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

• When finished, it will produce a report for you.
• Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.

**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**
