Kaspersky and Mozilla Firefox
I have used Mozilla Firefox as my link to the internet mostly for security reasons and after the last update it stopped working - just a blank screen with "Done" on the bottom of the screen.

So I thought I could uninstall it and reinstall it and it would work. I went to the Add/Remove and when I clicked on remove the following window came up: "Proactive Defense Warning-Detected Riskware hidden uninstall, running process (P.D.:2436) C\ProgramsFiles\MozillaFirefox\Uninstall\helper.exe

Then it I just backed out of it and have been using Internet Explorer instead. I would prefer to go back to Mozilla Firefox but I'm afraid that I might cause problems. I haven't noticed any problems - it's not any slower, no problems with booting, etc.

Could my Kaspersky be too good at detecting anything? Is there any settings I should check to make sure I've got everything running that protects my computer?

I am open to all suggestions or advice, thanks, Diane
