Unhappy Norton says item affecting status, pc keeps crashing?
Norton internet security (not my choice of security) says there is an item affecting it's status. Our computer keeps freezing up and running very slowly.
Norton's being an arse and is refusing to fix whatever is affecting it.

Please help
