What is this odd service?
My computer is running great. Startup time is still less than 30 seconds and everything seems 100% okay. BUT, I have this weird service in msconfig. I can't find any information on it anywhere through google. I'm not gonna write the whole thing out so you can just look at the screenshot.

It's the ##Id_string thingy:
