HP Total Care Advisor
perhaps I'm just stupid.....the HP Total Care Advisor doesn't recognize that I have Norton Antivirus installed (properly, I might add). The Advisor also telss me (constantly) that the Back Up to Drive D failed due to lack of space....it's a new computer and doesn't have anything but a few Security Programs and Vista on it - a backup attempt indicates that 0 space would be freed up and that HP_Recovery D is empty!!!

Help!
