re istall windows or there a new alternative
and how to learn to do it

i heared to delete it manually

If you can find info on how to delete it manually, and it works, then do that. Note the difference between viruses & worms-viruses infect other files, worms have their own files. If it's a virus then you either use an AV program to clean the infected file, or you delete the infected file-and if it's an important file hope that you can restore a clean copy from a backup or original source.

One thing that always works is reformatting. Unless you have an infected source (mostly these would be warez).
