Solved: Best Internet Security Suite?
Hi People

Can anyone give me advice on the above subject please, I don't like Norton and I've just finished with my Mcafee All In One which I thought was alright. I've heard Kaspersky is supposed to be good but I just don't know what to go for. I want something different but it has to be a full suite that doesn't hog my computer. I don't like loads of seperate packages so any info or advice would be great.

Thanks

kaspersky I've heard is very good at detection,
though I'm not sure how it is on system resources.

Kaspersky is very good, very easy to use, if you are worried about resources then turn of (brainfart - I forgot the name lol) the scan that runs in the background all the time, and use manual scan instead.

Smile ESet Maybe
Been running Kapersky for a week now on a trial basis. I like it quite a bit but can't quite pay $70 a year for it. ESet Internet Security is great on resources and costs $10 less a year. I'm going to try it next. If I like it, I'll go with it. If not, I'll use F-Secure which is provided free by my ISP.

ZoneAlarm seems to be an alright system. I think it's OK as far as resource usage goes. The only problem I really had was when I was playing around with the IRC controls (I ended up blocking my friend from talking to me in MSN. In my defence, it was about 10pm when I was using it).

They have a 15-day free trial if you want to have a look. http://www.zonealarm.com/store/conte...wnload_buy.jsp
